My Creative Journey

I’ve been passionate about comics for as long as I can remember, but my journey as a professional creator truly took shape during the pandemic. In a time when the world slowed down, I doubled down on my passion—launching my creator-owned project AWOL through Kickstarter. That experience taught me not only the power of independent storytelling but also the value of connecting directly with readers.

My love for comics doesn’t stop at creating them. Through my YouTube channel, Cova’s Lookout, I explore the medium from every angle—offering behind-the-scenes looks at the creative process, sharing industry insights, and spotlighting other amazing creators.
